Course questions and syllabus requests
Ask a course question
Tell us which cybersecurity certificate, DevOps training track, or AI fundamentals course you are weighing, what you have already worked with, and the role you are aiming at. We answer within two business days, usually sooner, and no account is needed to ask.
Before you write
What to include in your message
The more specific your question, the more useful our answer. Four things carry most of the weight: the course or track you are looking at, your current technical background, the role you are targeting, and whether you are comparing options or starting fresh. If you are deciding between two courses, name both. If you are starting from scratch, say so plainly. That is enough for us to recommend a starting point instead of sending back a generic catalog link.
Fields we read first
- Course or track you are considering Cybersecurity certificate, DevOps, AI, or career pathway Name it
- What you have actually done Tools you have touched, projects, labs, or on-the-job tasks Describe it
- The role you are aiming at Job title, team, or the kind of work you want to be doing State it
- Deadline or time you can commit Hours per week you can hold steady, and when you want to start Give a range

Send your question or request a syllabus
Syllabus requests go through the same form. Name the course and we send the full module list, the prerequisites, and the estimated hours per week. Each syllabus also lists the tools covered module by module, so you can hold it against current job listings before you commit to anything.
Reply window. Course questions are answered within two business days, usually sooner.
Syllabus delivery. Requests are sent automatically once the form is processed, so you do not wait on a manual reply.
No account needed. You can ask before you register for anything, and we will not call you unless you ask us to.
What to write in the message box
- The course name, or both names if you are weighing two against each other.
- A short sentence on what you have built, run, or configured before, even informally.
- The weekly hours you can realistically keep, and roughly when you want to begin.
- The job title you are working toward, so we can check the path against it.

Prerequisites and placement
Questions about prerequisites and placement
If you are unsure whether you meet a prerequisite, describe what you have done rather than what you know. "I have used a Linux terminal casually for a year, mostly moving files and reading logs" tells us far more than "I am comfortable with Linux." Concrete examples let us place you on the right starting module instead of guessing.
Every course opens with a short self-check in its first module, so if you are borderline you can confirm placement before paying for the full course. If the self-check shows the material is below your level, we would rather point you at a later course than sell you the wrong one.
Strong signal
Describe tasks, not comfort levels
Name the tools you have opened and what you did with them. A weekly task you repeat at work, a home project, or a lab you finished all count. Vague self-assessment is the one thing we cannot work with.
Borderline case
Use the first-module self-check
If our answer is "probably, but check," the self-check settles it. You see the first module, decide whether the pace fits, and only then decide about the rest of the course.
If you would rather compare tracks side by side first, the course comparison page lines up prerequisites and weekly hours, and the career pathways page shows which courses feed which roles.

For course questions, the form is quicker because we can attach the relevant syllabus to the reply. Phone works for anything about the platform itself, such as access, billing, or a course you cannot find.

When will I hear back?
Course questions are answered within two business days, usually sooner. Syllabus requests are sent automatically once the form is processed, so they often arrive the same day. If you have not heard back in three business days, check your spam folder and send the question again.
What does a syllabus actually contain?
The full module list in order, the prerequisites for each part, the estimated hours per week, and the tools covered module by module. That last column is the useful one if you are comparing a course against current job listings, because you can see which tools you would actually handle rather than a general topic name.
Can I ask before I register?
Yes, and that is the point of this page. No account is required to send a question, and no sales call follows it. You get one written reply to the address you provide, with the syllabus attached when you asked for one. If you are still deciding, you can come back and ask again later without starting over.
What can you not help with?
We cannot tell you whether you will land a specific job, what salary to expect, or whether a particular employer will accept our certificate. Those depend on factors outside any course, and anyone who answers them confidently is guessing. We also cannot provide technical support for third-party platforms, though we can point you to their own documentation.
I am not sure which course to start with at all.
Say that in the form and describe where you are coming from: your current job, what you enjoy doing on a computer, and how much time you have each week. We will suggest one starting course and one alternative, with a short reason for each. If you would rather browse first, the cybersecurity courses, DevOps and cloud training, and AI and machine learning pages each list what a track covers.
Ready when you are
Send the question you have been sitting on
One message, one reply, no account and no call. If you only know that you want to move into IT work and not which track yet, that is a perfectly good first message.
