What these terms cover

Eight clauses, one reading order

The list below is the full agreement. Each row links to the clause it names, so you can read one part and stop, or work through the whole document in order. Nothing is hidden further down the page.

Clause one

Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes related to learning about and enrolling in our courses. That includes reading course pages, comparing formats, saving a shortlist, and contacting us with questions before you commit to anything.

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated tools to copy content at scale. Bulk scraping pulls pages faster than any human reader can and degrades the experience for everyone else on the site.

We may suspend access if these terms are violated. Where a suspension is reasonable and the contact details on your account are accurate, we will say what prompted it and what would need to change before access returns.

One practical note: if you spot something on the site that looks wrong or broken, telling us is faster than working around it. The contact page is the right place for that, and it is checked on business days.

On course descriptions

Where a description and the delivered course differ, the course governs.

The middle of the agreement

What we promise, and what stays yours

Three clauses sit between reading the site and finishing a course. Each one answers a question learners ask before they enroll.

Course information and accuracy

Descriptions we review on a rolling schedule

We describe courses, prerequisites, and time commitments as accurately as we can, and we review course pages on a rolling schedule rather than once a year. Module lists change as tools and practices move, so a page you read in March may look slightly different by autumn.

Where a description and the delivered course differ, the current course materials govern. If the difference matters to your decision, ask before you enroll.

Accounts and enrollment

Accurate details, your own details

Some features require you to provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for the information you submit and for using your own details. A shared inbox is fine for questions; the enrollment record itself should carry the person taking the course.

Enrollment in a course is subject to the terms presented at the point of enrollment, including any refund provisions stated there. Read that panel before you confirm.

Course materials stay ours; your notes stay yours

Course materials, site text, and page content are owned by Robimhood Digital or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without written permission. That covers slide decks, lab instructions, and recorded walkthroughs.

Personal notes and completed project work you create remain yours. You can put that work in a portfolio, show it in an interview, and keep it after the course ends.

Outside references

Third-party links and references

This site may reference third-party platforms, university programs, or public course catalogs for comparison purposes. Those references describe publicly available information and do not imply a partnership or endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

If you follow a link off robimhood.digital, read that site's own terms before you rely on anything it says about a program. Course catalogs and prices change without notice, and we do not control those pages.

Limitation of liability

The site and course descriptions are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

What that means in practice: we work to keep pages accurate and available, but we cannot promise that a page will load at a particular minute or that a third-party tool mentioned in a lesson will behave the same way next year. Course content is teaching material, not professional advice for a specific employer or system.

Nothing here limits rights you hold under the law of your state. If a clause and a consumer protection rule disagree, the rule wins.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices change. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

When an update changes something that affects enrolled learners, such as refund language or how account data is handled, we will note it at the top of this page so a returning visitor can see what moved without re-reading the whole document.

Before you enroll

Read the course page, the prerequisites, and the terms shown at the point of enrollment. If anything in them is unclear, ask us before you pay — a question costs nothing and a refund request costs time.

Straight answers

Questions we get about the terms

Five questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches a person on business days.

Do I need an account to read a course page?

No. Course pages, comparison pages, and career pathway pages are open to read without signing in. An account is needed when you enroll, so that your progress and materials stay attached to the right person.

Can a course page change after I enroll?

Module lists and tooling references do change as practices move. Where a description and the delivered course differ, the current course materials govern. If a change would affect what you were expecting to learn, tell us and we will walk through the difference.

Who owns the projects I build during a course?

You do. Personal notes and completed project work you create remain yours, and you can keep them in a portfolio after the course ends. What you cannot do is redistribute the course materials themselves — the lessons, labs, and recorded walkthroughs stay with Robimhood Digital.

Does a link to another platform mean you work with them?

No. References to third-party platforms, university programs, or public course catalogs are there to help you compare formats and topics. They describe publicly available information and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
