What this policy covers

One policy, every page of this website

The policy applies when you send a question through our contact form, when you ask for a syllabus or course outline, and when you simply read through the course pages on robimhood.digital. It covers visitors in the United States and anyone who contacts us from outside the country, because the same handling rules are applied to every message we receive.

It does not cover what happens after you leave this site. Course pages we link to, and any external service you use on your own account, are governed by the privacy policy published by that provider. If you are unsure whether a request reaches us directly or a third party, ask before you send it and we will tell you plainly.

Plain-language commitments

  • We ask only for what is needed to reply to you.
  • Message content is read by our team, not sold onward.
  • Analytics stay in aggregate form.
  • You can ask what we hold and have it removed.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly through our forms: your name, email address, and the content of your message, including any course or pathway you ask about. If you write to us about a specific subject, that detail stays attached to the message so the reply makes sense when someone reads it later.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and the pages you visited on this site. This data is used to keep the site functioning and to understand which course pages are used most, so we know where to spend writing and maintenance time. Technical data is not combined with your name or email address to build a profile of you.

We do not ask for payment details, government identification numbers, or account passwords through this website. If a message ever asks you for those things, treat it as suspicious and report it to us through the contact page.

How we use your information

Answering you

We use contact form submissions to answer your question, send the syllabus you requested, and follow up if you ask a second question. Replies come from our own team, not from an automated sales sequence.

Running the site

Technical data helps us keep pages loading, spot broken links, and see which course topics people read most. That tells us which pages deserve a clearer explanation or an extra example.

Improving content

When several visitors ask the same question, we often add the answer to the page that raised it. This happens in aggregate form, and no individual visitor is named or quoted.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form submissions for advertising purposes. We do not add your address to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not share your message with another organisation so it can contact you about its own products.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for aggregate analytics. Functional cookies keep the site behaving the way it should while you move between course pages. Analytics cookies count visits and popular pages in a form that does not identify individual visitors.

Disabling functional cookies in your browser settings may affect how parts of the site behave, such as remembering your place on a long page. The cookie policy explains which categories are used and how you can control them through your browser.

Cookie categories on this site

Functional Keep the site working as expected while you browse course pages. Turning these off may change how parts of the site behave.
Aggregate analytics Count visits and show which course pages are read most. Reported in totals, never tied to a named person.
Advertising cookies Not set by this website. We do not place advertising cookies, and we do not share form submissions with advertising networks.
Your control Browser settings let you block or remove cookies at any time. The cookie policy walks through the options in more detail.

Data retention

01 / Arrival

Your message arrives and is stored so we can reply.

02 / Reply

You receive the answer or the material you asked for.

03 / Reference

The message stays on file for reference for a reasonable period.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to answer your question and for a reasonable period afterward for reference. That period lets us pick up a conversation if you write again months later, and it lets us check what we told you if the same question comes up a second time.

Aggregate analytics data is retained in a form that does not identify individual visitors, so it can stay in reporting for longer without holding anything personal. When retention periods end, data is deleted from the systems we control, and providers are instructed to do the same.

04 / Deletion

Once the period ends, the record is deleted.

If you would rather we removed your message sooner, say so in your request. We will delete it and confirm when the deletion is done.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Send requests through the contact page with enough detail for us to locate your records — the email address you used and roughly when you wrote is usually enough.

We respond to requests within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that one person cannot request another person's records. If we cannot find anything under your details, we will tell you that instead of leaving the request open.

Access

Ask what we hold about you. We list the records we find and where they came from.

Correction

Point out anything wrong, such as a misspelled name or an outdated email address, and we will update it.

Deletion

Ask us to remove your message and contact details. We confirm once the removal is complete.

Questions

Ask how a specific practice works before you send anything, and we will explain it in plain terms.

Third-party services

We use a limited number of service providers for hosting, email delivery, and aggregate analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share personal data with advertisers.

Each provider is chosen for a specific job: keeping the site online, delivering the reply email to your inbox, and reporting traffic in totals. If we change a provider, this page is updated so the list of service categories stays accurate. Course pages that link to an outside platform are covered by that platform's own privacy policy once you leave robimhood.digital.

Provider categories

  • Website hosting Keeps the site available and records basic server activity.
  • Email delivery Carries our replies and any material you request to your inbox.
  • Aggregate analytics Reports page totals without identifying individual visitors.

All providers act under instructions from Robimhood Digital and only for the purpose named above.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adult learners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

If you are a parent or guardian and want to check whether anything was submitted, write to us with the email address involved and we will look for the record and delete it. Course material on this site assumes an adult reader who is preparing for a professional role.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. If a change materially affects how we handle personal data, we will note it clearly rather than relying on you to check back.

Small wording fixes that do not change what we collect or why we collect it may appear without a separate notice. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Questions we hear most about data

Do I have to send my name to ask about a course?

A name helps us address the reply properly, but it is not required to receive an answer. If you would rather not give one, send the question with your email address alone and we will reply the same way. What we cannot do is answer a question without an email address, because that is the only route back to you.

How quickly will you answer a data request?

Requests are handled within a reasonable period during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. If your request needs identity confirmation, that step can add time, and we will tell you when we ask for it rather than leaving you waiting without an explanation.

Will I be added to a mailing list after I write?

No. Writing to us does not add you to a marketing list. You receive the answer to your question and the material you asked for. If you later want updates about course pages, you can ask for them in a separate message, and you can stop them again with one reply.

Can I ask you to delete a message I sent last year?

Yes. Send the request through the contact page with the email address you used at the time and roughly when you wrote. We search for the record, remove it, and confirm when the deletion is complete. Older messages are usually still within the retention period, so the request is straightforward.

Still have a question

Ask us how your data is handled

Send a question about this policy, request access to your records, or ask for a copy of the information we hold. Our team replies during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
